ASPIRING LAWYER IS BICOLANDIA'S BET FOR MUTYA NG PILIPINAS 2018 Rein Hillary Carrascal a sophomore Law student at University of Santo Tomas - Legaspi is the lone contender of Bicol Region at the on going Mutya Ng Pilipinas 2018. Mutya, one of the longest and most prestigious national pageant in the country is celebrating its golden year. Rein is dreaming to become a successful legislator of the country someday but she also want to try her luck in the field of beauty contests and represent the Philippines in the international pageant arena. Before joining Mutya ng Pilipinas, Rein Hillarry has competed in four pageants - Generation East Model Search, Mutya ng Casiguran (Sorsogon) 2017, Mutya ng Taguig 2018 and Daragang Magayon 2018. She won all her pageants Rein hails from Sorsogon andhmm aiming to snare one of the major titles at stake in the coming coronation night of Mutya on September 16 at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City. Pageant experts believes that this Bicolana is a strong underdog to some of the early favored candidates. She has the look, guts and attitude that the organizers is looking for a winner.
